About the Event



Participate in a World Café style Community of Transformative practice that will take you on a journey of discovery to realise your leadership potential.


This masterclass will include provocations and expertise in the areas of:


• Authentic Leadership

• Professional Standards for Management and Leadership

• Ethical decision making, critical thinking and reflexive leadership

• Supporting and promoting adult mental

health, psychological safety and wellbeing in the workplace

• Leading reconciliation and culturally

responsive workplaces

• Educational Leadership, critical reflection and development others

• Navigating politics, evidence and effective influence. 



Our Speakers include:

This two day event runs from 9.00am-5.00pm on Friday and Saturday and is fully funded for Queensland services only. Please note places are limited. Tickets may be restricted to one per service depending on registrations.


*Travel subsidies will be available for a select number of rural and remote services (further opportunities to attend this fully funded Masterclass for Queensland OSHC services will be available throughout 2026).
