WRP Check-In:

Are You on Track?

Tuesday April 28: 10.00 – 11.30am AEST

NOSHSA will be running a free online session to enable OSHC personnel to check in on their Worker Retention Payment (WRP) requirements, especially following changes to the Children’s Services Award.

  • How is your WRP funding tracking? Do you know if you are getting enough?

  • Will you have a surplus? Do you know what to do with that?

  • Do you have the required information to complete the end of June acquittal?

  • How does the WRP interact with the Award for new employees – what is the WRP amount?

  • Do you have an updated IFA for new employees?

  • What about existing employees going up a level?

  • What happens after 30 November 2026?

  • NOSHSA guidance to support classification of employees under the Children’s Services Award

  • Ask your questions.

Online Consultation for OSHC Leaders

Tuesday April 28: 12.00 – 1.00pm AEST

The Gender Undervaluation decision was a landmark moment for our sector — but for many senior leaders, the outcome has fallen short of what was promised.

If you are employed under the Children's Services Award at what were previously classified as Levels 6.4–6.9 (now transitioning to Level 8), you may have noticed something troubling: the wage increases delivered through the Gender Undervaluation proceedings have not been applied equitably to your classification. While the intent of the decision was to address systemic undervaluation of a feminised workforce, senior leaders at these levels appear to have been left behind.

NOSHSA is committed to ensuring that every leader in the OSHC sector receives fair recognition — in status, responsibility, and pay.

We are convening a dedicated discussion and consultation session to:

• Hear directly from senior leaders about the impact of this outcome

• Explore the options available to address the gap

• Shape NOSHSA's advocacy and proposed solutions

Your voice matters. This conversation will directly inform how we advocate on your behalf — to the Fair Work Commission, to government, and across the national stage.

This is your sector. This is your profession. Let's make sure your leadership is valued accordingly.
