This session is designed for all OSHC employers, service leaders and finance personnel, whether or not your service is participating in the Worker Retention Payment (WRP).

There have been a number of changes to the Children’s Services Award this year.

Are you confident your service is paying the correct wages?

• If you are paying via the Award, have you applied all three wage increases in March, June & July 2026?

• If you are getting the WRP, are you paying the correct base rate? The WRP 15% is NOT applied to the current Fair Work pay rates, as this would result in employees receiving the Gender Undervaluation increases twice.

Our session will cover:

• the correct pay rates for your circumstances

• allowable fee increases in 2026

  • providers already approved for the WRP

  • providers considering joining the WRP grant program for the first time

• extension of the WRP grant program for already approved providers those wanting to join.
