About the Event

A Transformative Full Day Professional Development Experience

Program Overview

This intensive and exclusive (24 places only) masterclass is specifically designed for leaders in the OSHC sector who want to elevate their leadership practice and create lasting impact in their services and communities.

While many leadership programs offer generic approaches, this masterclass addresses the unique contexts of OSHC leadership—managing casual workforces, navigating short shifts at either end of the school day, working with volunteer management committees, and leading across multiple stakeholder relationships including children, families, schools, and governing bodies.

Through evidence-based frameworks, practical tools, and sector-specific case studies, participants will develop the skills and mindsets needed to lead with authenticity, navigate complexity, and drive meaningful change in highly regulated environments.
