You will learn about roles and responsibilities in an OSHC services and what you will be expected to fulfill as an Educator. The topics covered in this professional development will equip you to be confident, engaged, professional Educators, ready to embark on the rewarding OSHC journey.


The session will cover:

o   Roles and Responsibilities under

o   the National Quality Framework (NQF)

o   Behaviour Guidance and Interactions with Children

o   Effective Supervision and Safe OSHC environments

o   Program Planning, Approved learning frameworks and documenting learning


Who should attend?

·       OSHC educators who haven’t undertaken OSHC-specific training

·       New or inexperienced OSHC educators

·       OSHC leaders wanting a refresh and ideas for service inductions

·       Anyone wanting an overview of OSHC roles and responsibilities
