About the Event

This training is perfect for new or inexperienced educators - its a comprehensive induction session for OSHC. It is also great for educators who are considered qualified for OSHC, but they haven't been trained specifically in OSHC or Early childhood.


This intensive session covers all the OSHC essentials and aims to equip educators to be confident, engaged, professional and ready to embark on the rewarding OSHC journey.


The session will cover:

o   Roles and Responsibilities under the National Quality Framework (NQF)

o   Behaviour Guidance and Interactions with Children

o   Effective Supervision and Safe OSHC environments

o   Program Planning, and the Approved learning frameworks


Who should attend?

·       OSHC educators who are unqualified or don't have an OSHC or Early Childhood Education and Care qualification

·       New or inexperienced OSHC educators

·       OSHC leaders wanting ideas/content for service inductions

·       Anyone wanting an overview of OSHC roles and responsibilities
