This session is designed for providers who are already receiving the Worker Retention Payment (WRP).

The PMC for your service/s may have already received correspondence saying the WRP Annual Declaration is now available in your Smarty Grants Portal. Completing the Annual Declaration is a key requirement for providers participating in the ECEC Worker Retention Payment program. In this session, we'll guide you through what needs to be reported to the Australian Government, explain the reporting requirements, and show you how to accurately calculate and complete the required figures with confidence.

Our session will also briefly cover:

• unpacking the NOSHSA pay tables to ensure employers are paying the correct rates

• the Fee Growth Cap – outlining the allowable fee increases in 2026

• the extension of the WRP grant program

• a question and answer session regarding any parts of the WRP grant program or wage increases.
