About the Event

Educational Leaders and Nominated Supervisors maintain a significant responsiblity for the development and implementation of an inclusive OSHC program and environment. This program, including its resources has been developed to build the capacity of OSHC service leaders to facilitate inclusive practice across the following key areas:

  • Trauma informed practice and care 
  • Complex behaviour support 
  • Neurodiversity affirming practice  

The program includes free, accessible, relevant and practical resources accompanied by mentoring and coaching tools designed to build the capacity of the OSHC sector through supporting and enhancing the role of the Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor. The project aims to build capacity within the sector to manage complex issues and challenging behaviours to promote inclusive practice.
