About the Event

Join us for a free online session unpacking the changes to the Children’s Services Award arising from the gender-based undervaluation decision handed down on 10 December 2025.

Designed for OSHC employers and leaders, this practical session will help you confidently navigate what’s changing and what it means for your service/s from 1 March 2026.

We will cover:

• How to map existing classifications to the new award levels

• How the Worker Retention Payment interacts with the award changes

• Clarifying common areas of confusion for employers and employees

• Practical options and guidance for tracking the Worker Retention Payment (WRP) across the staged award increases

• Templates and resources to support clear communication with employees about the changes and their implications

This session is ideal if you have applied or are approved for the WRP and want clear explanations, practical tools, and confidence that you’re implementing the changes correctly.
